Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko was following up on her vow to bring protesters onto the streets in the event of defeat. Ukraine's Central Election Commission data showed Yanukovych garnering 48.23% to Tymoshenko's 46.14%, with about 5% of ballots remaining to be counted. Yanukovych has claimed victory and his team celebrate festivities by calling on the prime minister to stay true to her claim of being a democrat and admit defeat.
